George Hristov is a talented tattoo artist at Cherno Ink tattoo studio in Huntsville, AL, specializing in black and grey realism and fine line designs. Born in Denmark and raised in Sofia, Bulgaria, his artistic journey was shaped by his parents’ passion for art, exposing him to sculpture, oil paintings, and international artists from an early age. George refined his craft through a high school education in artistic metal treatment, mastering jewelry building and forging, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design and a Master’s in Luxury Business Management. He approaches tattooing as a profoundly personal art form, stating, “Tattooing is not like creating an oil painting that can be preserved for centuries—it is the only art that lives and dies with the person who carries it.” George is honored to create lasting impressions on his clients’ bodies, bringing extensive artistic expertise and a passion for storytelling to each unique piece.
