Hailee Rivera is a passionate tattoo apprentice at Capital City Tattoo LLC in Concord, NH. She is actively building her tattoo skills by experimenting with new techniques and seeking feedback from experienced artists. Hailee enjoys practicing clean line work, blackwork, ornamental, and realism, occasionally incorporating color into her designs. Outside the studio, she enjoys various arts and crafts and playing video games.
