Profile
Isaiah Leyva, a San Francisco native, is a talented artist at Studio Kazoku, where his identity and Bay Area street culture continue to shape his unique vision. Holding a degree in fine art, Isaiah brings a trained eye and deep reverence for tattoo history to his craft. He specializes in one-point and large-scale tattoo designs, drawing inspiration from traditional American flash and Japanese horimono. After apprenticing with Mark “Mr. Bleed” Valencerina and starting his career at Rebel Gallery, he committed fully to tattooing, joining the Kazoku family. Under the tutelage of Jill “Horiyuki” Bonny, Isaiah has further developed his Japanese work. As the graphic designer for the studio, he is responsible for all shop posters and flyers and is available for art commissions to help clients materialize their tattoo ideas into permanent works of art.
