James Howard, known as Jim, is a dedicated artist at Royal Peacock Tattoo Parlor in Sacramento, CA, having tattooed professionally since 2001. He specializes in American, traditional Japanese, black and grey, and portrait work, with additional interests in hot rods and skateboard graphics. Jim was trained through a traditional old-school apprenticeship and has exclusively operated out of street shops. He prides himself on transforming any request or idea into a classy, custom tattoo tailored for each client. Jim particularly enjoys taking on larger projects or anything that presents a new challenge, and his portfolio is available for viewing at the shop. He is available on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
