Jason Evans is the owner and a versatile tattoo artist at Neon Dragon Tattoo and Art Collective in Marion, Iowa. Having founded the studio in 2005, he has been tattooing professionally since 1999, building Neon Dragon into one of the Midwest’s top studios. Jason excels in multiple styles, including color hybrid realism, dynamic color, neo-traditional, American traditional, and Asian-inspired designs. He schedules appointments 3-4 months in advance and conducts in-person consultations at the studio.
