JC True is an artist at Port Side Tattoo in San Diego, California. Born in San Diego and raised in Monterey County, he completed his apprenticeship under Kenny Curtis in Marina, CA. After finishing his training, he moved back to San Diego in the summer of 2012 and has been tattooing there since. JC specializes in creating clean and colorful tattoos, employing a traditional foundation to ensure his designs last a lifetime.
