Jeff Mann, also known as Effay, is the owner and sole proprietor of Vishnu Bunny Tattoo in Sioux Falls, SD. He established the studio in 2000, taking over sole ownership in 2002. Jeff began his tattooing journey with an apprenticeship in 1994, where he honed his skills in clean linework and solid gray shading under the tutelage of an experienced illustrator. His dedication to his craft led him to travel extensively between 1998 and 2000, participating in numerous conventions across the country to expand his knowledge and techniques. Jeff is committed to fostering an environment of artistic growth within his establishment, consistently seeking to surround himself with talented artists.
