Jeff White is the proud owner of Urge 3 in Penticton, BC, where he keeps the studio’s traditions alive with exceptional client care and clean, quality tattooing. His artistic journey began over 25 years ago, establishing himself within the Urge family in Victoria, BC, and quickly gaining recognition for his skilled artistry and eagerness to learn. White’s international experience includes working at Voodoo Tattoo in Barcelona, Naxa Tattoo in Ibiza, and immersing himself in the techniques and traditions of fabulous artists in Kyoto and Matsuyama, Japan. He brought this rich global perspective back to Penticton in 2017, realizing his goal of expanding into his own shop under the Urge family umbrella, where his personal passion emphasizes art with style and grace.
