Jimmy Aztec

Jimmy Aztec is a highly experienced tattoo artist at Sachs Tattoo and Body Modification in Albuquerque’s Historic Nob Hill District. With a career spanning since 2005, Jimmy initially honed his craft at Hardware Tattoo before joining Sachs in 2006. His extensive artistic background includes a degree in Graphic Art and Illustration from The Art Center of Albuquerque, where he developed skills across various mediums such as graphic design, magazine production, painting, and drawing. As a tattooist, he is celebrated for his distinctive and creative eye, drawing inspiration from old world Mezzo-American Art. Jimmy specializes in bringing his tattoos to life through expert use of light, shadows, and color. His artistry has also been recognized through features on the covers of ‘Pain’ and ‘HQ’ Magazines.
