Jody Stoski

Jody Stoski is the acclaimed creator and founder of the Paramedical Tattoo Academy, an institution dedicated to elevating skills and fostering healing within the industry. An AAM Certified artist with over 15 tattoo and makeup artistry course certifications, she brings more than 13 years of extensive experience in cosmetic and paramedical tattooing. Having treated over 10,000 clients since 2008, Jody specializes in a wide range of transformative services, including light and dark scar camouflage, inkless stretch mark revision (ISR), and detailed 3D areola and nipple tattooing for breast cancer survivors, as well as men, women, trans, and non-binary clients. Her expertise also extends to microneedling for softening and resurfacing scars, including acne scars and wrinkles, and even turning radiation markers into freckles.

Jody’s personal journey with thyroid cancer and subsequent scar revision deeply informed her dedication, inspiring her to create protocols that offer profound physical and emotional healing. Recognizing an underserved community and a gap in specialized training, she established the Paramedical Tattoo Academy to empower other PMU artists globally. Through her clinic in Calgary, Canada, and her academy, Jody Stoski continues to champion accessible medical tattooing and elevate industry standards, ensuring clients can look and feel their best after trauma.
