Joe Dillon is an award-winning tattoo artist at INK THERAPY Tattoo & Piercing, particularly recognized for his expertise in cover-ups. Beyond tattooing, Joe is also a professional piercer who has dedicated six years to teaching art and serving on the board of TCRFNJ.org, a foundation supporting children and families affected by addiction.
