Joëlle Quenneville is the artist behind Atelier Noir Tatouage, operating from her private studio in Longueuil and also serving clients at Magnum XIII in Vaudreuil-Dorion, both on the South Shore of Montreal. With a lifelong passion for art, particularly drawing and painting, she discovered her ability to translate realistic portraits onto skin with the same technical skill as on canvas. Having begun her professional training in 2007, Joëlle specializes in a realistic and illustrative style, working masterfully in both color and black and grey. She is also highly skilled in the art of tattoo cover-ups, dedicated to transforming existing tattoos into new, cherished artworks. Joëlle takes pride in collaborating with her clients, offering creative guidance and honest advice to bring their initial ideas to life and ensure a result they will truly love.
