Jon Dallavalle is a Tattoo Artist at Moth & Magpie Tattoo Studio in Augusta, GA. Originally from the Jersey Shore, Jon’s lifelong passion for the arts led him from dabbling in visual art as a child to becoming a dedicated digital artist. Fascinated by character design and animation, he honed his skills through community college classes, peer mentorship, and self-study. His artistic journey eventually brought him to Augusta, GA, where his interests shifted towards tattooing. Heavily influenced by the vibrant colors and character designs of the cartoons he grew up on, Jon found tattooing to be a powerful medium for personal storytelling. After completing his education at Moth & Magpie, he now brings his illustrative and traditional styles, along with a colorful and lighthearted energy, to the studio’s culture. In his free time, Jon is an avid fan of Manga, Anime, and movies, and also enjoys gardening, experimenting with new recipes, playing video games, and spending time with his step-dog, Lemon.
