Julia Laufer is an artist at Hunter Gatherer Tattoo who has been practicing handpoking since 2015, beginning her machine apprenticeship in 2022. Julia primarily works in a folky, American traditional style but maintains an open mind and enthusiasm for all types of projects. They are particularly interested in concepts inspired by Pennsylvania folk art, rubber hose animation, and American traditional themes. Julia is available by appointment and for walk-ins on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
