Julian Kelley is a skilled Tattoo Artist at East Coast Worldwide in Jacksonville, FL, where he accepts projects ranging from small to large. A lifelong resident of the Jacksonville area, Julian’s passion for art and music was fostered from an early age by his grandmother, a painter and music teacher.
