Justin Williams, an Artist and Cofounder of Frisco Tattoo, brings a background in graphic design and illustration from Oklahoma State University. Growing up in Boulder County, he returned to Colorado in 2023 after living across Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. Justin’s artistic versatility extends beyond tattooing; he is adept with watercolor, pen & ink, graphite, and traditional/digital mixed media. His creative energy also fuels his passion for grilling, disc golf, and assisting local businesses with marketing and branding. As a cofounder, he helps shape the artistic vision of Frisco Tattoo.
