Keagen Blackwell is a highly experienced tattoo artist at Historia Tattoo in Phoenix, Arizona. An Arizona native, Keagen began his tattooing journey in 2007, immersing himself in the professional tattooing world from a young age. He had the privilege of apprenticing under industry luminaries such as Gill Montie, Tony Olivas, and Ed Madigan, where he mastered the old-school techniques of hand-drawing and traditional methods.
