Leann is a co-owner and artist at Slowpoke Tattoo, the Queer and Women owned studio she established in Anaheim, California with her friend and business partner, Rebecca Cole. Born and raised in Santa Ana, Leann is primarily a self-taught artist with a background in illustration and graphic design. After working part-time in various Orange County tattoo shops for a decade while maintaining a corporate career, she fully committed to tattooing in 2020 and co-founded Slowpoke Tattoo in 2022. She finds immense joy in providing a welcoming, safe, and celebratory space for the community.
