Lydia Johnston-Gonzalez is the founder and owner of Spotted Fox Tattoo Co. in Homer, Alaska. A self-taught visual artist originally from Asheville, North Carolina, she brought her talents to the Kenai Peninsula in 2018. With approximately five years of tattooing experience, Lydia specializes in natural subject matter, particularly birds, bugs, and marine creatures. Her distinctive work ranges from intricate blackwork to full, vibrant color pieces, reflecting her deep appreciation for the natural world. Outside of her studio, she enjoys gardening, tide pooling, and spending time with her partner and animals.
