Matt Hart is a talented tattoo artist at Rising Tide Tattoo in Boulder, Colorado, specializing in custom American traditional tattoos. He began his tattooing career in 2018 in Durham, North Carolina, and is deeply inspired by classic Americana tattooers and a commitment to authenticity in his work.
