Mikaela Rush is a talented artist at Opalus Tattoo in Greensboro, North Carolina, who discovered her passion for tattooing at just 11 years old. With an early interest in art and advanced placement art classes in high school, she channeled her illustrative mind into creating “flash sheets” and designs. Mikaela completed her year-long apprenticeship in October 2021 and now specializes in botanical themes and black and grey work. She has a strong desire to one day specialize in realism, bringing a meticulous and creative approach to every custom design.
