Monet Patrick is the proud owner and operator of Solemn Oath Tattoo, a custom studio nestled in Petaluma, California’s historic downtown district. With over 15 years of experience, she has cultivated a reputation as a beloved North Bay artist. Monet’s expertise spans a wide array of styles, including Japanese, traditional, neo-traditional, stippling, illustration, realism, and black & gray, often characterized by her mastery of bold lines and vibrant colors.
