Noelle is a Mission Resident Tattoo Artist at Parlour Eleven Tattoo, known for her captivating illustrative color and black & grey work. Her lifelong dream of becoming a tattoo artist began at a young age, leading her to pursue this passion immediately after high school. Noelle completed her two-year apprenticeship with Parlour Eleven in 2022, concurrently earning her four-year Illustration degree from Emily Carr University. Her drive and passion are evident in the exceptional quality of her art, characterized by an illustrative and whimsical flair, clear composition, and keen body placement. Noelle takes on projects of all sizes and content, offering a vast selection of pre-drawn designs and flash, and loves creating custom pieces for her clients. She is dedicated to creating a comfortable and welcoming experience with excellent communication.
