Nova Otis

Nova Otis is a tattoo artist at Electric Tattoo Parlor in Carpentersville, IL, who began her art and design education in college before starting her tattooing career with an apprenticeship in Michigan in 2015. She moved to Illinois in 2018 to further her work, specializing in linework and soft black and grey tattoos. Nova has a particular passion for crafting floral and nature pieces, always striving to ensure her tattoos flow with and enhance the body’s natural shape.
