Pallis Rupinta

Pallis Rupinta, widely known as “P,” is the dedicated owner and operator of Diamond Tip Tattoo in Orange Park, FL. With an apprenticeship commencing in July 2005 and tattooing professionally since September 2006, he brings over two decades of extensive experience to his artistry. P honed his skills at respected establishments such as Peacocks Tattoo and Inksmith & Rogers, and was instrumental in co-founding All Aces Tattoo before establishing Diamond Tip Tattoo in December 2016.

He is celebrated for his diverse artistic range, with a particular affinity for realism and surrealism. His comprehensive portfolio also highlights his proficiency in traditional designs, intricate portraits, detailed Japanese-inspired work, delicate script, and watercolor techniques. P’s lifelong commitment to art is evident, having earned him several scholarships and awards. His work has gained worldwide recognition in publications like Urban Ink and Coca-Cola, and he was even featured in a Coca-Cola documentary short film, alongside local news exposure. Guided by the principle of “quality over quantity,” P ensures a professional and sterile environment where client safety and artistic vision are paramount. He currently accepts clients by appointment only.
