Pauline Corpus is a Filipina-American tattoo artist at Primal Instinct Tattoo in Anchorage, AK. Born and raised in Alaska, her passion for art led her to participate in Anchorage’s anime conventions since 2010, showcasing her original and fan art. Primarily working with digital art and watercolors, Pauline began her tattoo apprenticeship under Carlos Figueroa at Primal Instinct in 2022. She finds particular joy in black and gray illustrative works, including floral designs and semi-realism portraits, specializing in the delicate line work she’s honed both digitally and on skin. Pauline’s artistic vision is also influenced by pop culture media such as anime, K-pop, and video games.
