Pepe, originally from Iquique, Chile, is an accomplished tattoo artist with 15 years of professional experience, now working at Emerald Tattoo’s Elk Grove location. In Chile, he owned and operated his own studio, Made With Love Tattoo. Pepe’s specialties include fine line, Traditional, Japanese traditional, and black and grey tattoos. When he’s not dedicating his skill to tattooing, he enjoys spending quality time with his daughter, creating traditional Chilean masks, and drawing.
