Pepe is a seasoned tattoo artist at Emerald Tattoo & Piercing in Elk Grove, bringing 15 years of professional experience to his clients. Originally from Iquique, Chile, Pepe previously owned his own studio, Made With Love Tattoo, before joining the Emerald team. He is proficient in a diverse range of styles, including fine line, Traditional, Japanese traditional, and black and grey tattoos. When he’s not skillfully tattooing, Pepe cherishes time with his daughter, creates traditional Chilean masks, and dedicates time to drawing.
