Pepe is a seasoned tattoo artist with 15 years of professional experience, now gracing Emerald Tattoo and Piercing’s Elk Grove location. Hailing from Iquique, Chile, he previously owned his own studio, Made With Love Tattoo, in his home country. Pepe’s specialties include fine line, Traditional, Japanese traditional, and black and grey tattoos. When he’s not skillfully tattooing, he cherishes time with his daughter, creates traditional Chilean masks, and enjoys drawing, showcasing his diverse artistic talents.
