Rae, also known as Monica, is a talented tattoo artist at Z-Edge Tattoo North in Sarasota, Florida, with over a decade of experience. Growing up in Sarasota, Rae has been deeply involved in the local art community since childhood, having majored in Fine Art at Booker High’s Visual Performing Arts program and attended Ringling College of Art and Design. After an apprenticeship under Anthony Travieso, she honed her craft and even co-opened her first shop at age 21. Rae specializes in a diverse array of styles including Neo traditional, Pointillism, dot-work, florals, micro-tattoos, anime, cartoons, and custom designs. Her dedication to continuous learning is evident in her pursuit of an alternative medicine science BA, further enhancing her understanding of her craft and client care.
