Reena Pho is Skin Design Tattoo’s youngest artist, based in Honolulu, carrying forward a powerful legacy as the daughter and apprentice of renowned artist Robert Pho. Immersed in tattoo culture from a young age, Reena began practicing at 16 and officially started her apprenticeship in 2021. Now with three years of professional experience, she specializes in black-and-grey realism, demonstrating exceptional skill in both large-scale and micro-realism designs. Reena enjoys collaborating with clients to create meaningful, timeless pieces, often drawing inspiration from statues across various cultures (Greek, Buddhist, Roman), portraits, nature-inspired elements, and mythological themes. Constantly motivated by the talented artists around her at Skin Design Tattoo, Reena is dedicated to continuously improving her craft in quality, efficiency, and composition, with ambitions to take on more complex projects like sleeves and panels.
