Roger Tran is a Tattoo Artist at EmberSteel Tattoo Studio in Salt Lake City, Utah. Embarking on his tattoo journey in 2020 after studying economics, Roger’s passion for ancient symbolism and illustrations was ignited by his curiosity in esoteric and occult knowledge. He specializes in Black&Grey, High Detail, and Etching, with a heavy focus on black and grey shading and etching/engraving line work. Roger’s work aims to revive Hermetic and medieval art, focusing on subjects like esotericism, occultism, mysticism, surrealism, medieval illustrations, folklore, mythology or cryptids. He periodically releases flash designs, and his custom project bookings open every two months.
