Samuel Thomson is the owner and a lead artist at Blackwood Tattoo in Keswick, Ontario. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Graphic Design diploma, he has been honing his craft since 2003, founding Blackwood Tattoo in 2012. Originally from North Bay, Sam is highly accomplished in a diverse range of custom tattooing styles, including Japanese, traditional, photo realism, organic, and floral subject matter. He is also skilled in complex cover-ups and repairs, dedicated to bringing his clients’ tattoo ideas to life with unique and lasting works.
