Shannon Liddell is the Owner and Educator of INK BARBER, an integral part of the Poke & Stroke family in Chilliwack, BC. Tattooing since 2016, Shannon is recognized as a pioneer in Natural Scalp Micropigmentation, a specialty they also teach to new artists.
