Shelby is a Resident Artist at Liquid Color Tattoo Studio in Fort Collins, CO, where she has been tattooing since 2023. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from Rowan University, Shelby’s extensive artistic background informs her detailed and well-crafted designs. While enjoying a variety of styles, she is especially drawn to illustrative, traditional, and neo-traditional tattoos, and works beautifully with both vibrant color and classic black and grey.
