Siu Woollard is an Apprentice at Slimer Ink, where she brings a unique blend of artistry and storytelling to her work. With a background in both fine art from OCAD (2023) and English Literature from Nipissing University (2020), Siu’s artistic focus is deeply rooted in botanical themes, folklore, and magic. She began her apprenticeship journey in 2022, driven by a desire to pursue stories that connect beyond time and space. Siu is often described as a moon-gazer and sun spirit, diligently studying both the magical and the mundane, both within the studio and in her personal time, as she continues to develop her craft.
