Slick, known also as Rich or Richard, is the esteemed founder and owner of Slick Styled Steel Tattoo Parlour, a prominent fixture in Montreal’s piercing and tattooing scene since 1999. His journey in piercing began in the early 1990s in Daytona Beach, Florida, where he gained foundational experience apprenticing under Paul Merk of The Corner. Returning to Montreal, Slick established his distinctive legacy by opening the first of its kind shop on St-Laurent Boulevard, later expanding to two iconic locations in Ste-Catherine and Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue. He brings his seasoned expertise as a piercer to the Ste-Catherine location on Saturdays and Sundays, and to the Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue location on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
