Svetlyo is the founder of Dream Masters Tattoos, a renowned studio in San Francisco, California. His extensive career began in Bulgaria in 1998, where he was among the pioneering generation of professional tattoo artists, helping to establish and normalize tattoo culture in the country. Even at a young age, he quickly gained recognition for his distinct approach to color work and composition, earning his first award at 18. In 2006, Svetlyo expanded his vision by founding the original Dream Masters Custom Tattoos in Sweden, garnering European acclaim for his bold color work and refined artistic identity. This period solidified his philosophy rooted in discipline, originality, and a long-term artistic perspective. He brought Dream Masters to San Francisco’s North Beach district in 2010, establishing a high-end studio known for its strong artistic direction and professional standards. Today, Svetlyo’s artistry transcends traditional tattooing, incorporating mentorship, the psychology of body art, and a profound exploration of identity, meaning, and personal transformation through ink. His work reflects not only exceptional technical skill but also a deep belief that tattooing is both a craft and a significant responsibility, leaving a permanent mark on both skin and story.
