Tim Harley is the proud Owner of Harley Ink, Springfield, GA’s premier tattoo establishment and Effingham County’s first tattoo shop. Affectionately known as “Big Daddy Harley,” he founded this family-run business alongside his daughters, motivated by their talent and a desire to create a nurturing environment for them to flourish. Tim is deeply committed to breaking the stigma surrounding tattoos within the community, actively engaging with local bikers, businesses, and residents. Outside of the studio, he enjoys riding and working on his Harleys, grilling with family, and thrifting, reflecting his down-to-earth and community-oriented spirit.
