Tony, also known as Pepper or Pep, is a Tattoo Artist and proud owner of The Laughing Skull in Grande Prairie and Prairie Fire Tattoo in Edmonton. With a foundation built on drawing beloved cartoon characters and later inspired by the art found in tattoo and heavy metal magazines, Tony brings a versatile approach to his craft. He is equally skilled in creating greyscale and full-colour pieces, excelling in both cartoon and realism styles.
