Travis King is the respected owner of Prophecy Ink, located in Louisville, KY. His artistic journey began with a lifelong dedication to drawing and painting, where he developed a foundational mastery of realism. Travis’s diverse background also includes self-taught airbrushing, applying his skills to everything from t-shirts and vehicles to murals and even skin. Influenced by iconic artists such as Sorayama, Olivia, and H.R. Giger, he embarked on his tattooing career in 1997. After working at Body Art Emporium, Travis established Prophecy Ink in April 2012. He is a highly acclaimed artist, boasting over 100 awards, including 20 prestigious National Tattoo Association Convention awards, which he particularly values for their global competitive significance.
