Trevor MacKay is an award-winning artist and the visionary founder of Two Tides Tattoo in Vancouver B.C. With over two decades of experience in the tattoo industry, Trevor’s artistic journey began long before, as a gallery artist whose works garnered international acclaim. He honed his craft under the mentorship of Mike Young at Eternal Dragon Tattoo in Prince Edward Island. Returning to British Columbia, Trevor was a driving force in the scene, notably as a partner at Osmosis Tattoo, before establishing his private studio, Two Tides Tattoo, a name reflecting his bi-coastal life. In 2019, alongside his wife and business partner Michelle, he expanded Two Tides Tattoo into its current storefront location. Trevor is dedicated to continuous creative growth, regularly collaborating with international artists and guest spotting abroad, constantly refining his tattooing and business skills.
