Victoria Benedetti

Victoria Benedetti is a licensed tattoo artist and the owner of Floating Lotus Tattoo Studio in SE Portland, Oregon. With a lifelong passion for art and a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design from Portland State University, Victoria brings twenty years of commercial advertising experience to her craft. She completed her apprenticeship in 2005 and opened her private studio in 2010, where she focuses on creating custom-designed tattoos.

Victoria specializes in bespoke custom work, often taking on large-scale projects and excelling in cover-up tattoos. Her approach to cover-ups emphasizes designs that are “bigger, darker, more detailed with lots of line work and gray shading, and more colorful with colors of dark value,” skillfully using placement to transform existing tattoos. She also has extensive experience with areola (nipple reconstruction) tattoos and tattooing over various types of scars, including mastectomy, burn, and cutting scars. Clients praise her thorough design process, consistent artistry, and vibrant, clean results. Victoria’s private studio operates by appointment only, ensuring a focused and personalized experience for each client.
