Virginia “Dolly” Rogers is the founder and lead artist at Dolly’s Skin Art in Kamloops, BC. With a passion for art that began in her early years, exploring sculpting, painting, and sketching, Dolly discovered her calling as a tattoo artist by the age of 14, even designing pieces for her father.
