Wakako Nishimura

Wakako Nishimura is a promising new tattooer at Citadel Tattoo in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Having recently completed her apprenticeship at Citadel, Wakako is actively building her portfolio and gaining experience. Born and raised in New York City with a Japanese family background, her tattoo aspirations are firmly rooted in Japanese and high color, high contrast American Traditional styles. Wakako is currently building her client list and eagerly awaits new tattoo projects.
