William Kinnerson, known as Bill, is the owner and operator of Bad Cat Tattoo Studio in Rapid City, SD. With 16 years of experience, he specializes in custom color and geometric style tattoos. Bill is also a very well-rounded artist proficient in smooth black and grey work and crisp, clean fine-line detail. He particularly enjoys creating custom designs and expertly reworking old tattoos to give them new life.
