The studio operates from Wednesday to Saturday, 11 AM to 6 PM, with a typical wait time for new works. Larger pieces often require multiple sessions of 3-6 hours, and committing to monthly appointments is recommended. A 72-hour notice is needed for cancellations to avoid losing the deposit. Drawings are typically finalized on the day of the appointment, allowing for in-person discussion and minor adjustments. While pricing for smaller, pre-drawn designs can be estimated via email, quotes for larger custom work are provided during the in-person consultation. Cash is the preferred form of payment, with e-transfer accepted for deposits. Guests are permitted only for smaller, shorter tattoo sessions. Clients receive guidance on preparing for their tattoo and comprehensive aftercare instructions.
